I wanted to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Phillip Pricher, for a job well done while assisting me as my Realtor. When I met Mr. Pricher, one year ago I didn't know anything about him nor did I trust him. But after being put through one extreme to the next while going through this particular program I had given up hope. Mr. Pricher had promising and encouraging words for me about my dreams to become a homeowner was still alive. At this point I believed Mr. Pricher, was working for me and was here to help. While, the extremes grew greater and more frequently Mr. Pricher, was there for everyone of my phone calls no matter what time of day I called. As the days grew to weeks, weeks grew to months for a closing date that I thought I would never see. After talking over my options with a family member I decided to pull out of this particular program with or without Mr. Pricher. At this point in the game I thought my short relationship with Mr. Pricher was over because after all the program was how we became partners. To my surprise Mr. Pricher was willing to play this game to the end for a "win". From this day on I gained a friend named Phillip. We were now of first name basis and we trusted one another. My closing day has come and gone and I still talk to Phillip as if we were still business partners but the difference is that we're friends and we're taking so regularly to make sure everyone is well. Phillip, did such a great job with me and my closing, I referred my mother to him and she too was treated with TLC from Phillip. My mother and I both fell blessed to now have a new friend and a realtor in the family.
