Dear Mike and the New Millenial Staff:
I would like to take this opportunity to first apologize that we took this long to offer feedback on our new home. As you can see by the typed letter, I finally unpacked the computer!!!! We are just in awe of this home and consider it truly a blessing that we are even here. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel because of how you all walked with us every step of the way. The encouragement you gave us through your letters and phone calls will forever be appreciated.
When we first walked into this home, we knew it was the one for us. It was as if we had designed it ourselves!!! When we show family and friends out home, they can't seem to stop talking about the master bedroom. They can't believe all the space!!! Not only has this home been a dream come true for Frederick and me, but for our two sons Aaron and Joshua. Aaron (7 years old) and Joshua (8 months old) like the spaciousness of the house also. It offers them a lot of room to roam and explore. Especially Joshua, who is just beginning to crawl. Mom and Dad like the split floor plan!!! I could go on and on talking about this home, but you've seen it and know how wonderful it is.
If I had to sum up this experience in two words, it would be "Nathan" and "Sharon". Sharon was so pleasant and just a joy to work with. We could always call her with our questions and she was never too busy for us. She goes above and beyond what she is required to do. I'm sure. Nathan was so honest and knowledgeable. He guided us every step of the way and every step of the way and every piece of the puzzle fit just like he said it would. His commitment to his clients is exceptional. I hope you all realize how valuable these two people are to your team. We have and will continue to tell everyone we know about your company and the wonderful experience we had working with all of you.
